About Dashboards
Dashboards provide a central view of workforce activity, helping you monitor labour costs, attendance, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and people metrics.
Each dashboard contains widgets that display real-time data, insights, and shortcuts to relevant areas of the platform. Depending on your role and permissions, you'll have access to different dashboards and widgets designed to support your day-to-day work.
You can access and switch between dashboards using the Time & Attendance > Dashboards menu in the navigation bar.
Available Dashboards
Default Dashboard
Provides a high-level overview of workforce activity, attendance, labour costs, scheduling, and tasks requiring attention.
HR Dashboard
Provides visibility into employee and HR-related information, including workforce engagement, onboarding, employee records, and people metrics.

Live Time Clock Feed
Displays real-time employee clock-in and clock-out activity from connected Time Clocks.
Who's In Today?
Provides a live attendance overview, including employees currently working, upcoming shifts, completed shifts, absences, and leave.
Our Time Clocks
Displays connected Time Clocks and allows you to manage Time Clock settings and locations.
Who's Using Workforce.com?
Shows when users last logged in to Workforce.com, helping Admins monitor account activity.
Weekly Planner
Provides a snapshot of scheduled labour costs, timesheet costs, variances, and labour performance metrics across the week.
