About the Weekly Planner
Use the Weekly Planner to track labour costs, hours, and revenue across your week.
When viewing the current week, totals for past days use actual timesheet data. Today and future days use scheduled (rostered) data.
💡 Tip: To track your current day in real time, use the Live Wage Tracker widget. To see the full scheduled cost for a week, refer to your schedule.
Understand the metrics
By default, the Weekly Planner displays a range of labour, revenue, and efficiency metrics.
Category | Metrics |
Hours | Scheduled Hours, Timesheet Hours, Hours Difference |
Costs | Scheduled Cost, Timesheet Cost (inc. leave), Cost Difference |
Revenue | Actual Revenue, Predicted Revenue |
Efficiency | Sales per Schedule Hour, Sales per Timesheet Hour (inc. leave), Scheduled Wage %, Timesheet Wage % |
You can add or remove rows by selecting Edit Filters > Visible Rows.
Labour Costs
Costs shown are gross wage costs, matching your schedule and timesheet costs including leave.
By default, on-costs such as superannuation and payroll tax are excluded. These can be included by enabling Edit Filters > Include On-costs.
📝 Important to note: Timesheet Cost values are based on timesheets that have both a start and finish time recorded.
