Can't log in
If this doesn't work, see Password Troubleshooting.
Wrong company or more than one employer
If you work for more than one business that uses Workforce.com, you can use one login for all of them. Each business must add you with the same email address.
To switch between them:
If you don't see Switch account, only one active account is linked to your login. Ask the other employer to check your email address in your profile.
Not seeing your shifts
You only see shifts your manager has published. If the home screen says You don't have any upcoming shifts:
Your rota may not be published yet. Ask your manager.
You may be on the wrong account. See above.
You may be looking at the wrong week. Use Next Week to look ahead.
Clock-in problems
Location errors
The app needs your location to clock in. If you see "Missing location permission!", allow location for the app in your phone's settings. [CHECK on device: setting names on iOS and Android.]
If you see "There was an error getting your location", tap the message to try again. If you see "Missing camera permission!", your business needs a photo at clock-in, so allow camera access too.
Your manager can set a Clock in radius (meters) for each location. If you're outside it, your clock-in is marked as offsite.
Clock In Blocked
If the button says Clock In Blocked, a rule set by your business is stopping you. For example:
Block Offsite Start stops you starting a shift away from your location.
Other checks or questions set by your manager.
Move closer to your workplace and try again. If it still won't let you, speak to your manager.
If you see Missing Employee Permission, your profile isn't set up to clock in. Ask your manager.
Questions when clocking in
Your business may ask questions when you clock in, like "Why have you clocked in early?". If a question is required, you must answer it to carry on.
Clocking in with no signal
If you're offline, a red banner says You are offline & in view only mode. You can still clock in. Your time syncs the next time you're online.
Offline clock-ins skip clock-in questions and photos. Your manager sees them marked as "needs manager confirmation" on your timesheet.

Notifications not arriving
Go to Settings (cog icon on the home screen).
Tap Notification Preferences.
Choose Push Notifications or Email Notifications.
Turn each type On or Off.
A notification type only appears here after you've received it once.
If nothing arrives at all, check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings.
App out of date, or not working properly
Update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Close the app fully and open it again.
If that fails, delete the app and reinstall it. Then log in again.
To check your app version, go to Settings and tap App Details at the bottom. This shows your version, build, and location and camera permissions. Share this with support if you need help.
Shift feedback prompt
After a shift, you may see "How was your last shift?". Tap Give Feedback to rate it and add a comment. You can tick Leave feedback anonymously.
Once you send or dismiss it, the prompt won't show again for a week. Your business can turn shift feedback off.
