Open a chat
To open a chat, you must be first logged into your Workforce account on your computer. Once logged in, you will see a small icon in the bottom right corner of your window:
On the Home tab select Ask a Question and submit your question:
Our AI will respond with the best possible solution as well as provide you with the help guide from our help center. Should you have further questions, you can start a chat with a customer success specialist by selecting Talk to a person ๐ค:
Find previous chats
To find you must be first logged into your Workforce account on your computer. Once logged in, you will see a small icon in the bottom right corner of your window:
