Complete a checklist

Learn how to access and complete assigned checklists

This feature is available for users who have enabled Workforce HR.

Permissions

To view and action a checklist, ensure the View permission under Checklist has been enabled on employee profiles.


Access checklists in the app

Once the relevant permission has been enabled, staff can find checklists in their Mobile App under the Quick Links section.

Currently, checklists can only be completed through the Workforce Mobile App.


Complete items

There are four different types of items that can be added to a checklist, and are completed in different ways.

Task

Staff complete a Task item by ticking the checkbox. They'll also have the opportunity to leave a comment.

Photo

Staff complete a Photo item by uploading an image. They'll also have the opportunity to leave a comment.

Temperature record

Staff complete a Temperature Record item by entering a number. If this number falls outside the minimum and maximum range set when creating the checklist, it will be flagged.

If the temperature record is not relevant or unable to be completed, staff can use the N/A button to mark the item as complete.

Scale record

Staff complete a Scale Record item by entering a number. If the scale record is not relevant or cannot be completed, staff can use the N/A button to mark the item as complete.
