Shift feedback allows staff to give actionable feedback based on a specific worked shift. Staff can remain anonymous or be identified when submitting feedback on their app.

Enabling Shift Feedback
By default, shift feedback will be enabled in your account. If you wish to turn it off, you can do so under All Settings > General Settings > Enable shift feedback:
How it works
Staff are asked prompted to give shift feedback approximately once a week after a shift.
A prompt will appear either immediately after clocking out, or as a How was your last shift? notification on the home screen of the Workforce mobile app.
After selecting Give Feedback, they'll be prompted to:
select what went well
select what didn't go well
leave a note (optional)
remain anonymous (optional)
Note: An administrator can change the what went well/what didn't go well options by going to Settings > General Settings > Shift Feedback > Edit Shift Feedback Categories.
Team Managers will be able to view feedback from their own teams, General Managers and Admins will be able to view feedback from all teams.
When staff are prompted to give shift feedback
Staff will only be prompted in the app to give shift feedback once a week if:
They have a worked shift that ended within the last 3 days
They haven't dismissed or submitted a feedback prompt within the past 7 days
