This guide explains how to use Hire Reports to analyse job performance, candidate engagement, application sources, and time to hire metrics to improve recruitment decisions.

About Hire Reports

The Hire > Reports section provides detailed insights into your recruitment activity, helping you track job performance, candidate behaviour, application sources, and hiring timelines.

When you open Hire > Reports, you can select from multiple hiring and recruitment reports, each designed to answer specific questions about your hiring process.


How Hire Reports Work

All Hire reports follow the same structure:

  1. Choose the columns you want to display

  2. Apply filters such as date range, job title, location, or position

  3. Click Generate to build the report

You can also use the Actions menu to export or manage reports (if enabled).


Reports

Hire Reports section includes:

Job Ads Report

Purpose:
View and analyse job advertisements with application metrics.

Use this report to:

  • See which jobs are live or closed

  • Track how many applications each job received

  • Review where jobs were posted

  • Compare hiring outcomes across roles

Common filters include:

  • Date range

  • Job status

  • Locations

  • Positions

  • Employment type

This report is useful for understanding how individual job ads are performing.

Job Analytics Report

Purpose:
Analyse job posting performance, including views, applications, and conversion rates.

Key insights include:

  • Total views and unique viewers

  • Number of applications submitted

  • Conversion rates from views to applications

  • Top application sources

  • Employee referrals

  • Last application date

This report helps you measure recruitment effectiveness and identify which roles or postings attract the most interest.

Job View Details Report

Purpose:
Provide a detailed view of individual job page visits.

Use this report to analyse:

  • Whether visitors applied or not

  • Traffic sources and referral URLs

  • Referring users

  • Pages viewed

  • First and last visit timestamps

This report is ideal for understanding candidate behaviour and how users interact with job listings before applying.

New Hire Source Analysis

Purpose:
Analyse where applications are coming from across your hiring pipeline.

You can group and analyse data by:

  • Source

  • Job title

  • Stage

  • Position

  • Location

  • Date range

Primary and secondary row grouping allow deeper analysis of recruitment channels, helping you identify the most effective sources for attracting candidates.

Time to Hire Report

Purpose:
Measure how long it takes to hire candidates who reached the Hired stage.

This report shows:

  • Candidate name

  • Job title

  • Location and position

  • Time to hire (in days)

Use this report to:

  • Identify bottlenecks in your hiring process

  • Compare hiring speed across roles or locations

  • Improve recruitment efficiency


Tips for Using Hire Reports

  • Start with fewer columns for clearer insights

  • Use date ranges to compare performance over time

  • Combine job title and position filters for targeted analysis

  • Export reports for sharing or further analysis (if available)
