To locate the Current Leave Balances and Liability Report:

1. Navigate to <b>Reports &gt; All Reports &gt; Payroll &gt; Leave &amp; TOIL &gt; Current Leave Balances &amp; Liability Report</b>

Shows the current liability for all leave accruals. 

Current Liability is calculated as Current Balance x employee's current pay rate if they were to take leave of this type now.

1. Navigate to <b>Reports &gt; All Reports &gt; Payroll &gt; Leave &amp; TOIL &gt; Employee Leave Report</b>

Reports leave balances at the start and end of the date range, and the leave taken. 

Leave cost is calculated as Hours Taken x Accrual Rate at time of accrual.
