Stop Staff Requesting Unavailability

There are a few settings around allowing staff to create unavailability requests, so make sure you check the following:

Leave settings

If you go to Settings > Leave Settings, there is an unavailability section with these permissions:

Permission Settings

If you go to Settings > Permissions, towards the bottom, is this setting:

That dictates whether staff can request unavailability.

If you go to the bottom of the page, ‘show advanced settings’ < ‘Customise access & roles here’, you can further customise the unavailability permissions.
