Qualifications

  1. Go to Reports → Workforce → Training & qualifications.

Employee Qualification Report


One row per qualification each employee holds, showing the qualification name, status, reference number, date attained, expiry date, attachment, and whether it's approved.

Missing or Expired Qualifications Report


One row for each qualification an employee is required to hold but is missing or has expired. It shows the qualification name, whether it's required for their position or team, and the status.


Right to work

There's no separate right to work report. In the UK you can:

  • add the Right to work check status column (in the Compliance group) to the Employee Report, or

  • add the Right to Work Status widget to your dashboard. It lists your employees' right to work check status, most urgent first.


Contracts and documents

  1. Go to Reports → HR → Contracts & documents.

Sent Contracts Report (US: Sent Employment Agreements Report)


One row per contract sent to an employee, showing the contract name, status, date sent, date actioned, and the employee's default location and team.

Sent Documents Report


One row per document sent to an employee, showing the document name, status, date sent, date actioned, and the employee's default location and team.


Forms and surveys

  1. Go to Reports → HR → Forms.

Forms Report


A count of forms, which you can group by location, team, form template or status (Assigned, Submitted, Approved, Declined or Pending Approval).

Form Response Report


One row per form submission, showing the respondent, payroll ID, location, team, created and submitted dates, then each question and the answer given.

Sent Surveys Report


One row per survey sent to an employee, showing the survey name, date sent, who assigned it, who it was sent to, date submitted and status. Anonymous surveys show "Anonymous".

Survey Response Report


One row per survey response, showing the respondent (or "Anonymous"), payroll ID, location, team, created and submitted dates, then each question and answer.


Training and skills

  1. Go to Reports → HR → Training & qualifications.

Assigned Training Report


One row per training assigned to an employee, showing the training name, date assigned, date submitted, status, expiry date, score, location and payroll team.

Training Report


A count of assigned training, which you can group by location, team, template, status (Assigned, In Progress, Completed or Expired) or result (Passed or Failed).

Training Response Report


One row per assigned training, showing each question, the answer given and whether it was correct.

Current Skills


One row per employee, showing their current position, the skills they hold and at what level, the percentage of required skills they hold, and any missing or under-level skills.

Skill Gap Analysis


Choose a position to see how ready each employee is for it, with a readiness percentage and any missing or under-level skills.


Performance reviews and probation

  1. Go to Reports → HR → Forms.

Performance Review Report


A count of performance reviews, which you can group by location, team, template or status (Assigned, In Progress, Completed or Overdue).

Performance Review Details Report


One row per performance review, showing the employee, template, reviewer, location, team, status, employee and reviewer scores, scheduled date and accepted date.

Performance Review Response Report


One row per performance review, showing each question and the answers given by the employee and the reviewer.

Probation


There's no probation report. Add the Employees on Probation widget to your dashboard. It shows employees still within their probation period and flags any whose probation is ending soon.


Onboarding

There's no separate onboarding report. You can:

  • use the Onboarding completed column in the Recent Commencements Report (Reports → HR → Onboarding & exits), or

  • add the Onboarding columns, including onboarding status, to the Employee Report.


Audits

  1. Go to Reports → Operations → Checklists & audits.

Audit Report


One row per audit started in the date range, showing the audit template, audit name, location, team, status (Started, In Progress or Completed), who started it, when it was started, when it was due, when it was completed, and how many questions were answered. You can filter by date range, location, team, audit template and status.


Warnings and incidents

1.. Go to Reports → HR → Incidents, alerts & warnings.

Warnings Report


A count of warnings, which you can group by employee, location, team, reason or status (Draft, Issued or Acknowledged).

Warnings Details Report


One row per warning, showing the employee, reason, status, warning date, letter to the employee, date issued and date acknowledged.

Incidents Report


A count of workplace incidents by incident date, which you can group by location, team, status, category, severity or injury type.


FAQs

Why is the Form Response Report blank?

Check that:

  • you've selected the right form template;

  • the date range covers when the forms were submitted;

  • you have permission to see those employees' forms.

Why can't I see the HR reports?

The forms, surveys, training, performance review, warnings and incidents reports need Workforce.com HR. You also need permission to view reports.

Is there a date range limit on HR reports?

No. Most reports are limited to one year, but HR reports aren't.

Is there a visa expiry report?

No, there's no separate visa expiry report.

Can I report on who has read an announcement?

No, there's no report for this.

Can I see bank detail changes for all staff?

No. Changes show on each employee's profile, under Employee History.
