What is Workforce HR?
Workforce HR is an additional paid feature that expands your Workforce subscription to include tools for HR management and operations, such as:
Recruitment (Workforce Hire)
Checklists
Asset management
Audits
Performance reviews
Forms
Written warnings
Training
Incidents
Surveys
Talent Pool
HR Reports
Workforce HR is a paid add-on. Pricing details are available during the enablement process (see below).
Enable Workforce HR
To enable Workforce HR, you must be an administrator on the account.
Hover over the gear icon in the top-right corner of your account.
Select Feature Management from the dropdown menu:
Under Paid Features > HR (Operations and Hiring), select Enable:
A pop-up will appear with pricing and feature details:
Select Enable again to confirm.
✅ Workforce HR is now enabled:

Where to find Workforce HR
After refreshing, you’ll see new tabs at the top of your account:
HR
Operations
Hire
These tabs are all part of Workforce HR.
HR Reports
HR reports are available once Workforce HR has been enabled.
To access HR reporting:
Navigate to Reports
Select All Reports
Open the HR category
Disable Workforce HR

When will I be charged?
When will I be charged?
You will be charged a prorated amount which is calculated based on the date you enable until your next annual billing date. The prorated charge will happen within a few days after enabling. Then, upon your next annual billing date, you'll be billed an annual subscription for HR.
