Which answer types are available?

  • Multiple Choice (single selection only)

What's the difference between Checkbox and Checkboxes?

Checkbox is one tick box that's either ticked or not, such as "I've read this policy". Checkboxes (multiple selections allowed) is a list of options where the person can tick more than one.

Can I add a table?

Tables aren't supported. Add a separate question for each row, or add a file to the section as a resource.

Which answer types can be scored?

Multiple Choice and Checkboxes. Enter a score next to each option in the Score (optional) column. On a performance review, the scores add up to an Employee Score and a Reviewer Score. Both show on the review and in the Details report.

Which answer types support follow-up questions?

  • When answer equal to and When answer not equal to: available for all answer types that support follow-ups.

  • When answer less than and When answer greater than: also available for Number, Currency, Rating and Number Slider.

  • When response includes and When response does not include: used instead of the others for Checkboxes (multiple selections allowed).

Can I make an answer have a minimum or maximum?

Yes, for some answer types. On the question, open Advanced Answering Options and use Validation Settings.

For example, you can set minimum and maximum characters or words for text answers, or a minimum and maximum value for numbers. The settings available depend on the answer type.

Which conditions can trigger a follow-up question?

  • When answer equal to and When answer not equal to: available for all answer types that support follow-ups.

  • When answer less than and When answer greater than: also available for Number, Currency, Rating and Number Slider.
