When should I use Training?
Training can be used whenever employees need to learn, review, or demonstrate understanding of workplace processes and expectations.
Common use cases include:
First-day inductions
Training employees in a new role, such as a barista or retail assistant
Preparing staff for leadership or management responsibilities
Introducing new products, services, or menus
Fire safety training
Food safety training
De-escalation training
Policy and compliance training
Training records are stored within Workforce, making it easy to track employee progress and maintain a record of completed training.
How does Training work in Workforce HR?
Once Workforce HR has been enabled, you can create training content and assign it to employees across your business.
Start by creating a training template and adding supporting resources such as documents, files, or instructional videos. You can then build assessments to test employee understanding and measure training outcomes.
Once your training is ready, assign it to employees and track their progress through completion and reporting tools.
If employees need a refresher or training results do not meet expectations, training can be reassigned at any time.
