HR Hub

This article explains how to use the HR Hub to access and manage HR tasks, qualifications, documents, forms, surveys, and training based on your role and permissions.

This feature is available for users who have enabled Workforce HR.


Overview

The HR Hub is a central place where employees and managers can access HR-related items such as tasks, qualifications, documents, forms, surveys, and training.

What you see in the HR Hub depends on:

  • Your role (employee, manager, admin)

  • Your permissions

  • What has been assigned or made available to you


Access the HR Hub

To access the HR Hub:

  1. Navigate to HR > HR Hub

You’ll see a left-hand menu with the available HR sections.


HR Hub Sections Explained

Tasks

The Tasks section shows HR-related actions that require attention.

What you’ll see:

  • A list of assigned tasks

  • The employee the task relates to

  • The task type (e.g. leave request awaiting approval)

  • Assigned date

  • An Action button to view or complete the task

Filters available:

  • User – filter tasks by employee

  • Task Type – filter by the type of HR task


Qualifications

The Qualifications section allows you to view and manage qualifications linked to your profile.

My Qualifications

Shows qualifications you’ve already added, including:

  • Qualification name

  • Status (e.g. Current)

  • Reference number (if applicable)

  • Expiry date

  • Effective dates

You can view or edit existing qualifications from this list.

Available Qualifications

Shows qualifications that exist in the system but haven’t yet been added to your profile.

You can:

  • Search by qualification name

  • Click Add Qualification to attach it to your profile


Documents

The Documents section contains company documents shared with you, such as:

  • Policies

  • Procedures

  • Guides

Features:

  • Search documents by name

  • View and read documents assigned to you


Available Forms

The Available Forms section lets you complete HR forms for different requests and processes.

What you’ll see:

  • A list of available form templates

  • A Start button next to each form

You can:

  • Search forms by name

  • Start a form directly from this page

Only forms made available to your role will appear here.


Available Surveys

The Available Surveys section shows surveys that are currently available for you to complete.

These may include:

  • Feedback surveys

  • Engagement surveys

  • Internal questionnaires

You can search surveys by name.


Available Training

The Available Training section displays training that has been assigned to you or made available.

Filters available:

  • Template – filter by training template

  • Status – filter by training status

  • Start Date / End Date – filter by date range


FAQS

Why can’t I see anything in one of the HR Hub sections?

Items will only appear if they have been:

  • Assigned to you, or

  • Made available based on your role and permissions

If a section is empty, nothing is currently available for you there.

Why do other employees see different HR Hub options?

The HR Hub is role- and permission-based. Different users may see different sections, tasks, or items.

Can I access the HR Hub on mobile?

Yes. The HR Hub is available on mobile devices, although the layout may differ slightly from desktop.
