Import earnings lines to draft payslips (UK)

This feature is useful for adding earnings that fall outside of time and attendance, such as tips, bonuses, or other additional payments.

Import earnings lines to draft payslips

To import earnings lines to draft payslips:

  1. Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Settings > Import/Export.

  2. Under Draft Payslip Lines, select Payslip Earnings Lines to download a CSV file.

  3. Update the earnings rates for each employee in the CSV file.

  4. Follow the instructions under Import, re-upload the edited CSV file, and click Import.

To confirm or edit the earnings details:

  1. Navigate to Payroll > Pay Runs > Select the relevant pay run period.

  2. Select the employee and look for Earnings heading.
