Hover over the profile in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘See Workforce As…’
Type in the user’s name whose details you are updating. If the user is not a manager, make sure the ‘Only show location managers’ options is not checked.

Click the profile in the top right corner of the screen
From there, you can update the home address in the ‘Personal Details’ section, the W-4 and state tax form in the ‘Tax Forms’ section and the bank account in the ‘Bank Details’ section.
