Export staff to Xero. Onboarding complete.

How to Push Staff to Xero:

Once your Xero account has been connected, you will have the option to push employees to Xero. This can be done on their staff profile on the onboarding tab as long as their onboarding has been completed and they have not already been synced:

Staff Not being pushed / synced to Xero:

If you are pressing the button but the employee is not appearing in your Xero account, this could be caused by the following:

  • The employee has a special / invalid character in their onboarding address.

  • The employee's phone number is invalid:

    • The number has the wrong country code

  • There is already a user in Xero with the same email address as the employee you are attempting to sync.

Ensure the employee does not have any of the above and try to push them again.
