After filling out your federal tax forms and bank information, the next step to being onboarded and ready to be paid in Workforce Payroll as a California resident is by filling out the DE-4 Form. To find the form, tap on your profile picture on the mobile app and select the Tax Forms option.
Once you've selected the DE-4 Form you can select +Add New Form. From there, you have to fill out:
Filing Status
Regular Withholding Allowances
Additional Withholding Allowances
Additional Withholding Amount
Exempt From Withholding (optional)
Once you are done you can hit submit and your Payroll Officer will be alerted that you have uploaded/updated your form!
