Employee Onboarded with Incorrect Email

If an employee has been onboarded with the wrong email address, you can follow these steps to resend the onboarding to the correct email:

  1. Go to the employees staff profile and ensure you are on the personal tab. If you can edit their email, change it to the correct one, and click update. If you cannot change it, you will need to click the 'unlink Workforce profile' button below the email field:

This will unlink their profile, so you will be able to update their email address. They will need to be re-invited, so they can login to their account.

2. Once their email address has been updated and saved, you can now navigate to the onboarding tab, and click the 'send onboarding email' button.
