Xero disconnected to Workforce? Follow these steps to reset up the Xero UK integration.

For clients experiencing an issue exporting to Xero UK and are getting a message, that the Xero account is disconnected, follow this step-by-step guide to reset it up.

Note: For UK clients, it is a must for you to access the Workforce account by logging into www.my.workforce.com using the google chrome browser instead of www.my.tanda.co to avoid error 500 connecting to Xero UK.

  1. Set the Xero integration to the Workforce Inactive. To do this navigate to Settings - Integrations (Payroll Integrations) - Edit Integration - select Inactive - Save.

  2. Delete the Xero integration to the Workforce. To do this navigate back to the Settings - Integrations (Payroll Integrations) - Edit Integration - Delete Integration (lower right corner).

  3. Disconnect the Tanda app to Xero. To do this you would need to log in to Xero as an Administrator or Payroll Officer. Once logged in navigate and click the organisation name - click Settings - Connected Apps - click Disconnect beside the Tanda app name.

  4. Reset up the Xero integration to Workforce. To do this navigate to Settings - Integrations - New payroll integration (green button upper left corner) - select Xero UK - click Connect to Xero UK

You would need to enter the Administrator login to authorise the integration. Enter the necessary details to complete the setup.
