You can give Workforce Support, Payroll Advisor access to your Xero so we can check if your Xero is configured correctly. We'll only have access to payroll-related data and you can remove our access at any point.
To invite Workforce Support, in your Xero account, go to Settings > General Settings:
1. Under the Organisation sub-heading, click on Users
2. Click on + Invite a User:
3. Enter the details:
First Name: Workforce
Last Name: Support
Email: ____@workforce.com (will vary depending on the Workforce Success Consultant)
User's level of access: click in the top option None
Tick Payroll Admin box
