Organization-Wide Attendance Summary

Attendance Report

The Attendance Report gives you an organization-wide attendance summary for your staff in Workforce.com. To get to this report, go to Reports > Attendance Report:

Information will only display in the report if employees clock-in, as it is based on their percentage of on-time attendance, so if you manually enter timesheets there won't be any information visible.

You can select the period that you want to view by clicking the calendar in the top right corner:

The Report will display:

  • The employees that worked during this period

  • The amount of shifts they worked

  • Their on-time percentage

  • Time saved, by having accurate clock-ins as opposed to written timesheets

You can export this report to Excel by clicking Download next to the Attendance Report heading at the top:

Daily Rollcall Report

The Daily Rollcall report in Workforce.com allows you to know who is at work, who is scheduled and who is running late.

To setup this report, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports > Configure Scheduled Reports:

Start of Day

Click on Daily Rollcall (start of day) to view the dropdown to configure this report:

  • Simply enter in an email address in the email field, separating multiple email addresses with commas.

  • Select what time you want it emailed

  • Select whether to send on weekdays, weekends or both

  • Click to enable the report

  • If you want to send the report now, click Trigger this rollcall now

End of Day

Click on Daily Rollcall (end of day) to view the dropdown to configure this report:

  • Enter in an email address in the email field, separating multiple email addresses with commas.

  • Select what time you want it emailed

  • Select whether to send on weekdays, weekends or both

  • Click to enable the report

  • If you want to send the report now, click Trigger this rollcall now

Snapshot

To view the history of the both Daily Rollcall Reports being sent out, you can check this under Reports > Scheduled Reports > Archives.
