How to view a history of schedule changes, including who made the change and when it was done

Updated over a week ago stores a history of changes made to schedules, including:

  • The history of edits to a schedule

  • Who performed each action (edit, publish, delete)

  • When the action was performed

Admin permission level is required to view these histories.

Where to find the schedule history

Both of the tools detailed in this article can be found on your schedule by navigating to Tools found in the sidebar on the left hand side of your schedule.

Schedule Edit History

The edit history displays a list of the actions performed, and the time which they were completed. The headings show the manager and the time period that actions were performed. To see the edit history for a single employee's shifts, use filter by staff to select the employee.

Schedule Snapshots (history of all published schedules)

A schedule snapshot contains the history of shifts that have been published, including when they were published and who published them. If a schedule is published multiple times, each additional snapshots contain the shifts which have changed since the previous publish.

To view published snapshots:

  1. Select Published Snapshots from the date dropdown beneath 'Tools For Each Schedule'

  2. Select 'Download' beneath the 'Published Schedule' heading to view the snapshot

How long does store the history?

  • Schedule edit history is stored for 30 days

Schedule snapshots are stored permanently, so you can always see which shifts have been published to employees and when
