Availability Report

The Availability Report provides a central view of all employee availability submissions across your organisation, including ongoing availability, temporary availability changes, and once-off unavailability.

To access the report: Go to Reports > Time & Attendance > Leave & TOIL > Availability Report.

What the report shows

Each row represents a single availability record and includes details such as the employee's name, team, location, payroll ID, status, availability type, date range, and reason.

By default, the report displays the following columns:

  • Employee name

  • Team

  • Status

  • Availability type

  • Date range

You can also customise which columns are displayed in the report.

Availability types

The report includes the following types of availability:

  • Ongoing availability – An employee's regular weekly availability pattern.

  • Temporary availability – A temporary change to an employee's usual availability for a specified period.

  • Once-off unavailability – A specific date or date range during which an employee is unavailable to work.

Status

Each availability record is assigned one of the following statuses:

  • Approved

  • Pending

  • Rejected

Exporting the report

To export the report, select the desired filters, generate it, and click ‘Actions’ in the top right corner. The report can then be exported as a CSV or PDF.

Exports reflect the filters and visible columns currently applied to the report.
