What's covered in this guide:
How it works
Workforce.com integrates with Level FT to enable Earned Wage Access (On-Demand Pay) and Payroll Savings for employees.
Through this integration:
Employee and earnings data is shared with Level FT
Level FT calculates how much employees can access based on approved hours
Employees can choose to access a portion of their earned wages before payday
Any early payments are reconciled during the payroll payout process
This allows employers to offer early pay without changing how payroll is calculated.
